Mostly of them are for processing images and editing pictures but you will also find tools for productivity, time management, screen recording, reading, planning as well as coding apps in case you are a web designer. Some of these apps are available for free but most of them will cost you money, but hey it is not so bad to pay few dollars for high quality product and achieve amazing results after.
